Health professionals, researchers and healthcare students from all ages are invited to join the
ERNST Training School that will be held in hybrid format from Zagreb, Croatia on 3-5 October 2022.
The main aim is to deepen the knowledge about second victim phenomenon and second victim supporting interventions around the world.

Grants are available and will be applied to 1 trainee per COST Action participating Country.
Selection criteria:
• PhD students, researchers, residents, younger health professionals
• Currently working/ previous work in healthcare field
• Speaking English
• Preference to previous work on quality of care and patient safety area
A motivational letter is mandatory for application.
A recommendation letter (support letter) and CV is also possible to attach to the application.
